MFLB Contest Rules & Regulations
Follow @VaporTownUSA on Pinterest and/or Twitter for a chance to win a Magic Flight Light Box (MFLB). The contest closes May 31, 2013. The winner will be announced onwww.vaportownusa.com on June 10, 2013.
1. Who is eligible?
This contest is only open to legal US residents over 18 years of age and void wherever prohibited. Employees of Vapor Town USA as well as immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible.

3. How do I enter?
The contest runs from February 19, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. (PT) until June 10, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. (PT) (the "entry period"). During the entry period there are two ways to enter. You can enter by following us on Twitter and/or Pinterest. Pinterest entrants must also send the Sponsor an email firstname.lastname@example.org to complete entry for notification purposes only. They will receive a confirmation email in return. Up to two entries per person (one entry from Twitter account and one from Pinterest account). If any entrant is found creating false or duplicate Twitter or Pinterest accounts they (the entrant) will be disqualified. No purchase necessary.
4. How will the winner be selected?
On or about June 10, 2013 a representative from Vapor Town USA will select one winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The potential winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw. By entering this contest you consent to have your Twitter or Pinterest username posted on VaporTownUSA.com if you are chosen as the winner.
5. What will I win?
The winner will receive a Magic Flight Launch Box. Total approximate retail value of $129.99. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason as determined by the sponsor in its sole discretion. The winner is responsible for taxes and any and all other costs and expenses not listed above. The Magic Flight Launch Box will be shipped standard USPS shipping. Collection of the winner's information is for shipping purposes only. Neither Twitter nor Pinterest is collecting information on the Sponsors behalf.
6. What may the potential winner be required to do?
Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return a Declaration and Release and/or tax form W-9, if applicable, within five (5) days of being notified. If a potential winner declines to accept the prize, has violated any of these Official Rules, or fails to sign and return the required documents within the required time period, then an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of remaining entries. If a potential winner is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the required documents on the potential winner’s behalf. The winner must answer a skill testing question.
7. What other terms should I be aware of?
By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the determinations of Sponsor, which shall be final. Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.
The contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the contest is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the contest to address the impairment and then resume the contest in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time and, in the event of cancellation, substitute another in its place.
By participating in the contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent and related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the contest; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the contest or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the contest, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.
8. How will disputes be handled?
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
9. How can I find out who won?
To obtain the name of the winners, email the Sponsor at email@example.com. Requests must be received within four (4) weeks of the conclusion of the Entry Period.
