At VaporTownUSA.com we stand behind every product we sell. If your Vaporizer, Part or Accessory arrives damaged we will replace it no questions asked. All you have to do is contact us up to 7 days after the product is delivered. After 7 days you will have to go through the Warranty process.
We try and make the Warranty process as painless for our customers as possible. In most cases you won't need to deal with the manufacturer, VaporTownUSA.com will take care of that for you.
